Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 29, 2007, Robert M. Matschullat informed McKesson Corporation (the “Company”) that he would not stand for reelection to the Company’s Board of Directors, and his term will expire at the upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on July 25, 2007. Mr. Matschullat indicated that his decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. Mr. Matschullat has been a director of the Company since 2002.
