Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	NOTE 16 - EMPLOYEE BENEFITS The full-time employees of the Company’s subsidiary that is incorporated in the PRC are entitled to staff welfare benefits, including medical care, welfare subsidies, unemployment insurance and pension benefits. The PRC companies are required to accrue for these benefits based on certain percentages of the employees’ salaries in accordance with the relevant regulations, and to make contributions to the state-sponsored pension and medical plans out of the amounts accrued for medical and pension benefits. The total amounts expensed to the condensed consolidated statements of income and comprehensive income for such employee benefits amounted to approximately $257,207 and $99,183 for the three months ended July 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively, and $509,246 and $357,569 for the nine months ended July 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
