Subsequent Events	NOTE 8 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to June 30, 2012, The Company entered into a private placement of 250,000 shares of common stock at $0.10 per share for $25,000. The Company has evaluated all other subsequent events per the requirements of ASC Topic 855 and has determined that there are no reportable subsequent events.
