On October 3, 2008, Marina Williams delivered notice to CME Development Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Central European Media Enterprises Ltd., that she is resigning her position as Executive Vice President to pursue other professional opportunities.  The resignation is effective October 22, 2008.
