(2) Options to purchase 467,301 shares were granted in 2023, of which options to purchase 233,651 shares vested immediately in 2023 and the remainder vested 50% one year after the date of the grants. In addition, 17,400 stock appreciation rights were granted in January 2023 with a six- month vesting period.
