WITH RESPECT TO ITS FORM 10-KSB FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2002 The registrant estimates that its results of operations for the year ended December 31, 2002, as reflected in its consolidated statements of operations to be included in its Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2002 ("Fiscal 2002"), will reflect the following changes: A decrease in total revenues to approximately $19,963,000 for Fiscal 2002 as compared to total revenues of $20,768,000 for the year ended December 31, 2001 ("Fiscal 2001"). In addition, the registrant expects to report that loss from operations increased to approximately $2,453,000 for Fiscal 2002 as compared to $2,220,000 for Fiscal 2001; and net loss increased to approximately $2,522,000 for Fiscal 2002 as compared to $2,399,000 for Fiscal 2001.
