(b) Hudson Technologies, Inc. (“Hudson”) today announced that James R. Buscemi has informed Hudson of his decision to step down as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hudson effective July 1, 2016. Mr. Buscemi will remain with Hudson to assist with the CFO succession for a transition period prior to his planned retirement at the end of September 2016.  Hudson has initiated a search to identify a replacement for Mr. Buscemi.

Hudson Technologies Announces RETIREMENT of James R. Buscemi, Vice President & CHief Financial Officer

 

pearl river, ny – May 18, 2016 – Hudson Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDSN) today announced that James R. Buscemi has advised the Company of his intention to step down as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective July 1, 2016. Mr. Buscemi will remain with Hudson to assist with the CFO succession for a transition period prior to his planned retirement at the end of September 2016.

Zugibe, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Technologies commented, “We thank Jim for his many contributions during his 18 years with Hudson and wish him and his family all the best in his retirement.
