The following was resolved, among other matters, at a Company's Regular Board of Directors’ Meeting held on February 23, 2021: to appoint Ms. Carmen Román Arancibia as a director of the Company until the next Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting where the total renewal of the Board of Directors will be proposed.
