By virtue of the stipulations in Article 9 and subparagraph 2 of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, and the provisions in General Rule No. 30, Section II of the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero, and being duly empowered to this effect, I hereby report the following regarding Embotelladora Andina S.A. (the “Company”), its business, its securities or tender offer, as a material event:

On this date, the Board of the Company was informed of the resignation of the director Mr. Arturo Majlis Albala. Such resignation is due to personal reasons.

The designation of his replacement will be made by the Company's shareholders at the next Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.
