The following is reported by virtue of the stipulations in Article 9 and subparagraph 2 of Article 10 of Law 18,045, and the provisions in Section II.B.3 of General Rule No. 30 of the Chilean Superintendency of Securities and Insurance:

 

INTERIM DIVIDEND

 

As authorized by the Regular Shareholders’ Meeting held April 25, 2013, the Board in its meeting held May 28, 2013, resolved to distribute the following amounts as interim dividend:

 

a)         $12,30 (twelve pesos and thirty cents) per Series A share; and,

 

b)         $13,53 (thirteen pesos and fifty three cents) per Series B share.

 

This dividend will be paid on account of income from the 2013 fiscal year, and will be available to shareholders beginning June 26, 2013.  The Shareholders’ Registry will close on June 20, 2013 for payment of this dividend.
