The following material event is reported by virtue of the stipulations in Article 9 and subparagraph 2 of Article 10 of Law 18,045, and the provisions in Section II.1.B.3 of General Rule No. 30 of the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance:

Embotelladora Andina S.A. (“Andina”) has signed a new Bottler Agreement for its Chilean operations on January 1, 2008, for a term of 5 years as from that date.

The new agreement, called NEWBA, does not significantly differ from the agreement previously signed by Andina´s bottlers in the other countries where it has operations.
