7. STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION

The Company did not issue any stock options during the three months ended March 31, 2016. For additional disclosures related to the Company’s stock-based compensation refer to Notes 2 and 4 of the Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015.

During the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, no options were exercised in 2016 and 15,500 shares of common stock at a weighted-average exercise price of $5.49 were exercised in 2015, respectively.
