Subsequent Events	17. Subsequent Events On April 29, 2016, a customer reported a $2.9 million, or $0.14 per share after-tax royalty was owed to the Company for the period from fiscal 2009 through fiscal 2016. This royalty revenue will be recognized in the third quarter of fiscal 2016, when collectability is reasonably assured and completion of the earnings process occurs, consistent with the Company’s revenue recognition policy.
