Subsequent Events	17. Subsequent Events As further described in Note 3, on January 8, 2016 the Company acquired 100% of the shares of NorMedix, a privately owned design and development company focused on ultra thin-walled, minimally invasive catheter technologies based in Plymouth, Minnesota.
