Defined Contribution Plan	10. Defined Contribution Plan The Company has a 401(k) retirement and savings plan for the benefit of qualifying employees. The Company matches 50% of employee contributions on the first 6% of eligible compensation. Company contributions totaling $0.3 million, $0.2 million and $0.2 million have been expensed in the years ended September 30, 2015, 2014 and 2013, respectively.
