SEPARATION ACCRUAL During the second through fourth quarters of 2013, we incurred charges of $448 thousand for salary continuation and COBRA payments related to separation agreements with our former Chief Executive Officer, our former Chief Financial Officer, and our former Chief Technology Officer. At March 31, 2014 and December 31, 2013, we had a remaining accrual of $115 thousand $247 thousand, respectively, for these charges included in the caption “Accrued liabilities” in the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets.
