Separation Accrual During the second quarter of 2013, we incurred charged of $248 thousand per the terms of a separation agreement with our former Chief Executive Officer. During the third quarter of 2013, we incurred charges of $44 thousand per the terms of a separation agreement with our former Chief Financial Officer. During the fourth quarter of 2013, we incurred charges of $156 thousand per the terms of a separation with our former Chief Technology Officer. These charges total $448 and include salary continuation and COBRA payments, and are included in the caption “General and administrative” in the Consolidated Statements of Operations. At December 31, 2013, we had a remaining accrual of $247 thousand for these benefits included in the caption “Accrued liabilities” in the Consolidated Balance Sheets.
