LEGAL MATTERS	NOTE 13. LEGAL MATTERS On January 29, 2010, a competitor and former supplier filed a complaint against the Company in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware, alleging that the Company had misused proprietary trade secrets, breached a contract, and engaged in deceptive trade practices relating to one of the Company’s lighting products. The complaint sought injunctive relief and damages. The Company answered the complaint and filed a counterclaim for breach of contract. The parties settled and dismissed the case in the second quarter of 2011. In the opinion of management, neither the defense of the lawsuit nor the implementation of the settlement has had or will have an adverse effect on the Company’s financial condition, cash flows, or results of operations.
