Commitments and Contingencies	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Purchase Commitments As of June 30, 2023, we had approximately $2.1 million in outstanding purchase commitments for inventory, $0.4 million of which is expected to ship in the third quarter of 2023 and $1.7 million of which is expected to ship in the fourth quarter of 2023. We have 80% of the outstanding purchase commitments with a related party.
