Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 4, 2020, Energy Focus, Inc. (the “Company”) announced via a press release that it would be presenting at the 13th annual LD Micro Main Event investor conference on December 15, 2020, and that its presentation would be accessible to investors via the internet after registering (at no cost). As part of the presentation, management referred to a significant follow-on award of commercial business, including its EnFocus products, for one of our channel partners from a large state facility management commission. Further details remain confidential at this time.
