Discontinued Operations

DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS

The loss on disposal of discontinued operations for the three months ended March 31, 2016 of $12 thousand consists of legal fees incurred for the settlement of an outstanding arbitration claim related to our pool products business, which we sold in November 2013. On March 18, 2016, we executed a settlement agreement for this claim and the funds held in escrow plus the interest earned on the account were released to the buyer.
