Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Dividend On April 28, 2014, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.57 per share of common stock, which is to be paid on May 27, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2014. Contract Awards On April 1, 2014, the Company announced that it had signed a contract with with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for the reactivation of the Company-owned, 260-bed McFarland Female Community Reentry Facility located in McFarland, California. On April 30, 2014, the Company announced that it had signed an amendment to the existing contract with the City of Adelanto, California for a 640-bed expansion to the Company-owned, 1,300-bed Adelanto Detention Facility.
