Employee Benefits	Employee Benefits FelCor offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan and health insurance benefits to its employees. FelCor’s matching contribution to our 401(k) plan totaled $948,000 during 2014, $943,000 during 2013 and $956,000 for 2012. Health insurance benefits cost $1.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2014, and $1.1 million for each of the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012. FelCor LP has no employees, and FelCor, as FelCor LP’s sole general partner, performs FelCor LP’s management functions. The employees at our hotels are employees of the respective management companies. Under the management agreements, we reimburse the management companies for the compensation and benefits related to the employees who work at our hotels. We are not, however, the sponsors of their employee benefit plans.
