Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 14 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS We evaluated the effects of all subsequent events from the end of the second quarter ended September 30, 2012 through November 13, 2012, the date we filed our financial statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Except as disclosed in Note 7 – Financing, there were no additional events to report during this evaluation period.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
