NOTE 13 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

In accordance with FASB ASC 855, Subsequent Events, we evaluated the effects of all subsequent events from the end of the first quarter ended June 30, 2011 through August 9, 2011, the date we filed our financial statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Other than  events discussed under Legal Matters in Note-7, there were no additional events to report during this evaluation period.
