7. Other Real Estate Owned

During the

three

months ended

March 31, 2019,

we did

not

foreclose on any residential real estate property. We did

not

hold any foreclosed properties at

March 31, 2019

and

December 31, 2018.

Included within net loans as of

March 31, 2019

and

December 31, 2018

was a recorded investment of

$6.7

million and

$7.2

million, respectively, of consumer mortgage loans secured by residential real estate properties for which formal foreclosure proceedings were in process according to local requirements of the applicable jurisdiction.
