UNIONDALE, N.Y., Nov. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the “Company”) (Nasdaq-GS: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the “Bank”), today announced that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.20 per common share, payable on December 28, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 7, 2018.
