Flushing Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.13 Per Share

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., May 15, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Savings Bank, FSB (the "Bank"), today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.13 per common share, payable on June 29, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 8, 2012.

Buran, Flushing Financial's President and Chief Executive Officer, stated: "Our strong capital position, as well as our confidence in the opportunities for future growth, underlie the Company's decision to declare quarterly cash dividend payouts to shareholders.
