Note 20 — Customer Concentration

 

Customer concentration is defined as a single customer that accounts for more than 10% of total revenues or accounts receivable. In 2023, revenue from two customers represented 21% and 10% of total revenue. In 2022, revenue from three customers each represented 16%, 12% and 11% of total revenue. In 2021, revenue from two customers each represented 13% of total revenue. No other customers accounted for more than 10% of total revenues for the years ended August 31, 2023, 2022, or 2021. No customer had a balance that individually equaled or exceeded 10% of accounts receivable at August 31, 2023. One customer had a balance that represented 12% of the consolidated accounts receivable balance at August 31, 2022.
