On April 14, 2022, Schmitt Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Schmitt Announces FY22 Q3 Results and Strategic Intention to Focus on Ample Hills Creamery.” A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
