On April 1, 2013, Jeffrey T Siegal, the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Schmitt Industries, Inc. (the “Registrant”), tendered his resignation as an officer of the Registrant, including any positions held with any of the Registrant’s subsidiaries. Mr. Siegal is leaving the Registrant’s employ to pursue other opportunities and his resignation will be effective as of April 12, 2013.
