Item 7.01   Regulation FD Disclosure

      On April 26, 2007, during its first quarter 2007 earnings conference call,
the Company stated that it was continuing to forecast revenues for the full year
2007 to be in a range of $72- $75 million with earnings per share to be in a
range of $0.25 - $ 0.30. The earnings per share estimate excludes stock option
expense.
