Item 7.01   Regulation FD Disclosure

      On February 13, 2007, during its fourth quarter and full year 2006
earnings conference call, the Company stated that it was forecast revenues for
the full year 2007 to be in a range of $72-$75 million with earnings per share
to be in a range of $0.25 - $ 0.30. The earnings per share estimate excludes
stock option expense.
