Item 7.01         Regulation FD Disclosure

         On February 8, 2006, during its third quarter earnings conference call,
the Company stated that it was forecasting revenues for the full year 2006 to be
in the range of $54 million to $59 million and earnings to be in the range of
$0.12 to $0.18 per share. Earnings per share estimates exclude stock option
expense.
