Jeffrey B. Ward, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Ferrellgas, Inc., announced on May 9, 2006 his intention to resign from the company effective May 31, 2006. Until that time, Mr. Ward will continue in his current role and assist with the transition of his responsibilities. Ferrellgas, Inc. is the general partner of Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. and Ferrellgas, L.P.
