Concentration Risk Disclosure [Text Block]	(5) CONCENTRATIONS OF CREDIT RISK: Significant concentrations of credit risk for all financial instruments owned by the Company are as follows: DEMAND DEPOSITS––We maintain bank accounts in Federal credit unions and other financial institutions, which are insured up to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation limits of $250,000. The bank accounts may exceed federally insured levels. The Company does not any off-balance sheet concentrations of credit risk, such as foreign currency exchange contracts, option contracts or other hedging arrangements.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
