On February 21, 2023, PPL Corporation issued a press release announcing the pricing of a private placement of $900 million principal amount of 2.875% Exchangeable Senior Notes due 2028 (the "Notes") issued by PPL Capital Funding, Inc., its wholly-owned subsidiary, and fully and unconditionally guaranteed by PPL Corporation. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
