Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On December 15 and 16, 2009, representatives of PPL Corporation (“PPL” or the “Company”) will hold meetings with certain members of the investment community.  At these meetings, the representatives will discuss the Company's corporate strategy and general business outlook and, it is expected, reaffirm the Company’s previously announced ongoing earnings forecast of $1.60 to $1.90 per share for 2009 and 2010 earnings per share forecast of $3.10 to $3.50.  Copies of the slides used during these meetings will be available for 30 days on PPL's Internet Web site: www.pplweb.com.
