Campbell P. Brown, a current member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Republic Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), with a term expiring at the Company’s 2021 Annual Stockholder Meeting (“2021 Annual Meeting”), requested that the Company not re-nominate him for the Board at the Company’s January 13, 2021 Nominating Committee Meeting.
Mr. Brown’s retirement from the Board did not result from a disagreement with the Company. The Board expressed its thanks to Mr. Brown for his service.
