On July 10, 2012, Heritage Oaks Bancorp (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company has scheduled a conference call on July 27, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. (PDT) to discuss the Company's operating results for the quarter ending June 30, 2012.
