On December 29, 2011, Heritage Oaks Bancorp (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company has scheduled a conference call on January 27, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. (PDT) to discuss the Company's operating results for the quarter ending December 31, 2011.
