On April 28, 2010, Heritage Oaks Bancorp (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company has scheduled a conference call on May 4, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. (PDT) to discuss the Company's financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2010.
