Subsequent Event	14. Subsequent Event On January 12, 2018, the Company completed a registered public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at an offering price of $1.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $4.0 million. The Company received net proceeds from the offering of approximately $3.5 million, after deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses payable by the Company.
