Immaterial error correction       During the Company's financial statement preparation and review process for the three months ended September 30, 2016, an error was identified in the assumptions used to calculate the fair value of the dilutive financing derivative issued in connection with the Common Stock Issuance Agreement (CSIA). The dilutive financing derivative liability fair value was calculated using the Monte Carlo model, which included various key assumptions and estimates. The error resulted in an overstatement of net loss of $1.1 million and an understatement of net loss attributable to common stockholders of $0.1 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016. The error also resulted in an understatement of total liabilities and an overstatement of stockholder's equity in the amount of $0.1 million. Based on a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the error, the Company concluded that the error is immaterial to the interim consolidated financial statements for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016 and had no effect on the trend of financial results.
