As announced by L Brands, Inc. (“LBRANDS”) on January 30, 2014, Stephen D. Steinour, a member of the Board of Trustees of Liberty Property Trust (the “Company”), has been elected to the Board of Directors of LBRANDS.  As a result of his election to the Board of LBRANDS and Mr. Steinour’s other board activities, Mr. Steinour informed the Company on such date that he will not seek re-election at the end of his term expiring at the Company’s 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
