On November 6, 2013, Liberty Property Trust (the “Company”) was notified that James J. Bowes, General Counsel for the Company, requested a leave of absence due to health reasons.  The Company granted the leave of absence as requested.  Mr. Bowes’ duties have been assumed by other employees and officers of the Company.
