Pointer Telocation to Sign a $1.4 million Agreement

Givatayim, Israel -May 26^th, 2006. Pointer Telocation Ltd. (Nasdaq Capital Markets: PNTR), a leading provider of services to insurance companies and car owners, including road-side assistance, towing and stolen vehicle retrieval services in Israel, Argentina and Mexico, had signed an agreement with Latin American customer netting approximately $1.4 million, to be recorded as a one time income in Q2 2006 financial results.

In addition, a new service level agreement is being negotiated with the customer to govern future activities.
