On June 28, 2006, PSS World Medical, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release in which the Company announced that its Physician Business will heighten its focus on procuring pharmaceutical products directly from manufacturers in response to the recently enacted Florida Rx Pedigree legislation. This press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
