401(k) Plan	401(k) Plan The Company has a 401(k) benefit plan (the “Plan”) for all eligible employees. Employee contributions are limited by the maximum allowed under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Company matches 50% of the employee contributions up to a specified maximum. Company contributions to the Plan were approximately $1.8 million, $1.8 million, and $1.6 million for the years ended December 31, 2017, 2016, and 2015, respectively.
