Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the presentation, which was made by James A. Hughes, President and CEO, at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 25, 2024, the full text of which is incorporated by reference in response to this item. Further, Mr. Hughes referenced the Company’s dividend payout target is typically around 15%, to grow book value in lieu. Further, Mr. Hughes referenced employee headcount reduction in late 2023 and early 2024, as reflected in the Q1 2024 earnings release.
